Our standard return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since delivery of your item, we typically can’t offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must provide proof. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
No returns are accepted for the items purchased on Sale.
We provide labels for domestic orders within the USA.
All international return costs must be covered by customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be informed that the refund policy only applies to customers who ordered directly from the website.

We replace parts if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, submit a return request and specify you need an exchange.
