Shipping Policy

At curlyair, we strive to provide our customers with a variety of shipping options to meet their needs. We offer three different shipping options at checkout, each with its own delivery time frame. Please review the following shipping options and estimated delivery times to choose the best option for your needs.

  1. Standard Shipping (8-12 business days)
  2. Expedited Shipping (4-7 business days)
  3. Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

Please note that the delivery times listed above are estimates and may vary based on factors such as destination, carrier delays, and customs processing times.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there are any issues with your order that may cause a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for each option are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. Rates will be displayed at checkout for you to review and select.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at help@curlyair.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, send out a replacement or process a refund.
