Returns & Exchanges
At curlyair, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as expected, and we're here to help. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, and with all seals and packaging intact.
- Sale items and personalized/customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories or documentation. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as curly is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days. For returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, the replacement item(s) with the new flavor will be shipped to the original shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges, unless the item is deemed defective or an error occurred on our part.
- If your item is defective or an error was made by curly, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different flavor, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process a refund for the original item once it has been received and inspected.
